Successful completion of this qualification and suitable experience provides you with the opportunity to become a professional wool classer.

You will have the skills and knowledge to sort, classify and grade wool into various types for sale in the market. You will learn skills in supervising work routines, staff performance, training, determining wool classing strategies, managing shearing and crutching operations, classing wool for special markets, providing information and advice on wool preparation, and implementing and monitoring quality assurance procedures.
