To succeed in this competitive market small business owners’, managers and employees need skills in key areas such as; Legal and Risk Management, Marketing, Business Planning, Building client relationships and Networking. Our Small Business program will provide you with these skills and more.
During your studies, you will construct real tools that you can use such as a business plan that will address finance, marketing and management strategies.
This course is beneficial for existing or potential business owners, manager, or for those who are investigating starting a new business.
This course has a practical component also known as a work placement. So in order to graduate and receive this qualification, you must complete some of the assessments in an actual workplace. During work placement, you’ll be working with a qualified supervisor who will record your attendance and participation at the workplace — then co-ordinate with your training assessor to confirm you have completed all the required assessment tasks.
