When you successfully complete the Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery, you’ll be able to manage a hospitality business from the ground up.
You’ll learn practical skills in areas such as food preparation and presentation, financial management, health and safety procedures and people and operations management.

Domestic Students
- There are no mandated entry requirements.
Admission requirements are completion of BKSB assessment with an outcome of ACSF exit level 2 - working level 3, for both literacy and numeracy, Applicants must be a minimum of 16 years of age at the time of course commencement and have completed a pre-training assessment for literacy and numeracy, Applicants need to have a basic knowledge of the use of Microsoft Word and Excel, as well as Internet and email use and have access to a computer or tablet, Apprentices must have a Registered Training Agreement with their employer.
