In this course, you’ll develop the skills and knowledge you need to become a qualified housing officer, providing compassionate, trauma-informed and person-centred housing support services to applicants and tenants in the social housing and homelessness sector.

You’ll learn how to help people access accommodation within the public and community housing system and how to effectively sustain tenancies and achieve better client and tenant outcomes.
