Nationally Recognised Vocational Education and Training (VET)This qualification reflects the role of individuals in a range of community settings and peoples’ homes, who provide support in a manner that empowers people with disabilities to achieve greater levels of independence, self-reliance, community participation and wellbeing.
Workers promote a person-centred approach, work according to and may contribute to an individualised plan, and work without direct supervision. They may be required to supervise and/or coordinate a small team.

Entry requirements
Domestic Students
- There are no mandated entry requirements.
All students will need to obtain a clear Federal Police Check and a Working with Children’s check. Without these documents the student will not be able to attend work placement.

- NSW Subsidised Training This training may be subsidised by the NSW Government for eligible individuals. Places are limited.

About Community College Northern Inland
Welcome to Community College Northern Inland. We're delighted to share with you the latest information about the Adult and Community Education our campuses are providing in our region.
As an approved community-based vocational education and training (VET) provider, our college is assisted in reaching students in regional and remote communities that experience barriers to training and employment through the NSW Government’s ACE Program and Smart and Skilled funding.
