Certificate IV in Disability
Nationally Recognised Vocational Education and Training (VET)The Certificate IV in Disability reflects the role of workers in a range of community settings and clients’ homes, who provide training and support in a manner that empowers people with disabilities to achieve greater levels of independence, self-reliance, community participation and well-being. Workers promote a person-centred approach, work without direct supervision, and may be required to supervise and/or coordinate a small team.
A Certificate IV will provide you with the skills needed to promote a person-centred approach, work with or without direct supervision, and the potential to supervise and/or coordinate a small team. Become a positive impact on the lives of people living with a disability by supporting their needs with a hands-on approach. We will provide you with the theory and practical skills to assist people in reaching their individual goals and develop independence through a person-centred approach.

Response Employment and Training is a Northern Territory based locally owned Registered Training Organisation (RTO). We offer both Nationally Recognised Training (NRT) and non accredited programs.
Its scope of registration includes training products across the Health and Community Services, Aged Care, Disability, Allied Health, Mental Health, Leadership and Management, Cleaning and WHS sectors.
