We deliver this qualification to fulfil the gap for growing demand of care workers who are willing to help the disables to maintain their independence into their home, residential care home and community. On completion of this course, you will be equipped with the skills and knowledge to provide support and care to the disable clients to ensure their needs are met. As the course is one step further qualification in disability care, it helps develop communication and leadership skills and provides knowledge to plan, develop, implement and monitor programs and services for the disable people.

About Advance College

Australian Newtown College is a Registered Training Organisation (RTO ID 45342) that trades under the name Advance College. We at Advance College pride ourselves on providing job-oriented and practical training in the aged care, disability and childcare industries. Our team comprises of highly experienced trainers and assessors with backgrounds in health and community services professions and Registered Nursing.
