This course will enable you to work in a range of roles within the community sector, helping you to enrich the lives of your clients. These roles may range from offering support & basic living assistance to advocation for clients with complex needs.
This qualification will provide you with the skills and experience you need to become a community service worker. In this role you will design and deliver person-centred services to individuals and groups; and provide support, advocacy or interventions to individual clients, groups or communities across a range of services. You may also be required to supervise and lead other workers in projects or teams.
