About AHTS Training and Education
AHTS-Training and Education was founded in Adelaide in 1981, with over 39 years’ experience. We are very proud to be the first Nationally Accredited Hospitality School under the Australian Vocational Education and Training system in South Australia. AHTS-Training and Education is a Registered Training Organisation (RTO), who operate under approval of the Australian Government Commonwealth Register of International Courses for Overseas Students (CRICOS), Australian Skills and Quality Authority (ASQA) and Australian Quality Training Framework (AQTF).
AHTS has helped launch over thousands of pathways for local and international graduates through developing their future study pathway and employability. AHTS not only provides students with opportunities to develop their skills at the same location across AHTS on-site students café, a training kitchen and a function center, but also external placements ranging from cafes, bars, fine dining restaurants and wineries to 5 star hotels and resorts in regions throughout Australia. The centrally located campuses are just 1-minute walk from each other and they are easily accessible by bus, tram, train and other public transportation.
