Aged care is a rapidly growing industry, with the average human life expectancy being longer than ever before. Our ageing population is creating a wealth of opportunities for those with educational qualifications.
This qualification reflects the role of support workers who complete specialised tasks and functions in aged services; either in residential home or community based environments. Workers will take responsibility for their development, facilitation and review of individualised service planning and delivery.
