Nationally Recognised Vocational Education and Training (VET)This qualification is geared towards preparing you for leadership roles and will offer increased career opportunities in aged and community care.
People working at this level are involved with more specialised tasks such as providing support to people with dementia, recognising healthy body systems, supporting relationships with carers and families and providing individualised support.

About New Futures Training
VICSEG New Futures is a not for profit, community organisation incorporating the Victorian Cooperative on Children's Services for Ethnic Groups (VICSEG Programs for Families, Children & Young People) and New Futures Training. Together VICSEG Programs for Families, Children & Young People and New Futures Training provide support and training to newly arrived and recently settled migrant communities, refugees and asylum seekers.
