This qualification will develop you professionally to further innovate and develop solutions to empower older people, provide personalised support to people with dementia, facilitate partner relationships with carers and families and provide individualised services that improve the lives of older Australians.This qualification is targeted for those employees and jobs that include specialised tasks and functions in the aged care sector. Job roles at this level are likely to be required to demonstrate leadership and have some responsibility for small teams, meeting performance targets and proactively contributing to service improvements.
