Certificate IV in Ageing Support for Existing Workers
Nationally Recognised Vocational Education and Training (VET) Our delivery of this qualification is designed for people currently working, in the aged care or home and community care sectors. If you have a Certificate III in Individual Support CHC33015 you will receive credit transfer for a number of the units of competency in this course. Undertaking this course will advance skills and knowledge to provide better support and assistance with elderly people’s daily routines, prepare for the responsibility to supervise other workers and critical skills in development, facilitation and review of individualised service planning and delivery. Entry requirements
Domestic Students
- There are no mandated entry requirements.
- This course has been structured specifically for those who have previously completed Certificate III in Aged Care, Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent.
- Students will need to obtain a current National Police Check (less than 1 year old) prior to work placement.
- COVID-19 vaccination as required by Public Health Orders
