This step up from the Certificate III is a great way for care workers to enhance their understanding of the care industry and position themselves for greater responsibility in the workplace.

Covering more advanced concepts such as dementia care, coordination of services, palliative care and falls prevention, this qualification will build on the existing skills of care workers in the aged care sector.

Students considering this course should ideally hold a current CHC33015 Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing), or at least equivalent industry experience.
