Careers Training Centre
Certificate III in Tourism
Nationally Recognised Vocational Education and Training (VET)SIT30116 Certificate III in Tourism provides the skills and knowledge to be competent in tourism sales, operations and tour delivery. The course is designed to allow students maximum exposure to several career paths across different businesses. Students will be supported by mentors and train in small groups or undertake the course via distant education. Training is interactive, flexible and interesting.

About Careers Training Centre
Careers Training Centre operates as a subdivision of the CaPTA Group. The CaPTA Group operates a group of companies which includes highly successful tourist operations in and around Cairns and Far North Queensland. Locally owned and operated by the Woodward family of Cairns, CaPTA stands for Cairns and Port Trips and Attractions. Careers Training Centre offers national recognised courses in Captive Animals, Hospitality and Tourism. These courses are innovative and rewarding and students are encouraged to reach their maximum potential. This is achieved through the specifically designed course content which provides students with the opportunity for practical, creative and technical advancement.
