Certificate III in Steelfixing
Nationally Recognised Vocational Education and Training (VET)This qualification provides a trade outcome in steelfixing in the construction industry. Steelfixers fit and secure the steel bars and mesh used to reinforce concrete on construction and engineering sites. They work on a wide variety of jobs including commercial and industrial developments, multi-storey housing, and civil engineering projects (e.g. road works, tunnels and bridges).

About Construction Skills Training Centre
CSTC Pty Ltd (CSTC) is an independent, not-for-profit, privately registered training organisation. CSTC began in 1994 and since day one, CSTC’s purpose is to provide training for all workers in the building and construction industry. Since then CSTC has grown into horticulture, business, and health industries to assist individuals in upskilling into their professions. There are no beneficiaries and therefore CSTC returns any annual financial profit toward enhancing and/or improving CSTC’s training facilities in turn broadening the training offered to workers in industry to gain new skills and/or refresh and upgrade existing ones.
