Certificate III in Meat Processing (Slaughtering)
Nationally Recognised Vocational Education and Training (VET)This qualification covers work activities undertaken by workers undertaking slaughtering duties in abattoirs.
Graduates will apply knowledge and skills to demonstrate autonomy and judgement and to take limited responsibility in known and stable contexts within established parameters.

Domestic Students
- There are no mandated entry requirements.
Students are required to reach a minimum level of English: IELTS 5.5 (with no individual band less than 5.0) or TOEFL 530 or ISLPR 2+.
