Nationally Recognised Vocational Education and Training (VET)Diesel Motor Mechanics maintain, test and repair diesel motors and the mechanical parts of trucks, buses and other heavy vehicles such as transmissions, suspension, steering and brakes. This Certificate III in Heavy Commercial Vehicle Mechanical Technology will prepare you to work as a Diesel Motor Mechanic and can be completed as part of an apprenticeship.

A modern and realistic automotive training academy in the centre of Sydney. Officially opened by the Deputy Premier, John Barilaro MP in 2018. The My Trade Start automotive training academy is situated in Auburn, the centre of Sydney in the old Institute of Automotive Mechanical Engineers building. Our Training academy has been fully refurbished to promote a comfortable and realistic learning environment for students.
The My Trade Start training academy offers a host of training environments that range from fully equipped audio/visual delivery (class) rooms to simulated automotive environments. Our facility has been set up to cater for Technical and Non-Technical training scenarios.
