Certificate III in Health Services Assistance
Nationally Recognised Vocational Education and Training (VET)This qualification reflects the role of a variety of workers who can use a range of factual, technical and procedural knowledge to provide assistance to health professional staff for the care of clients. Health services assistance involves the worker in direct client contact under supervision.

Entry requirements
Domestic Students
- There are no mandated entry requirements.
The candidate must complete 18yrs of age or older at the time of course commencement.
Potential candidates may be asked to undertake an LLN Assessment / Enrolment Interview prior to acceptance.
Satisfactory Completion of Equivalent to Australian Year 12 qualification. Relevant work experience will be taken into consideration
Student must undertake a Federal Police Check (AFP) or NSW Police check (Police Check/AFP must be no less than 12 months old).
Students must be physically able to do moderate amount of lifting using the appropriate equipment. The students should not have any mobility, hearing, and vision problems to carry out duties efficiently in the hospital or community care settings whilst at placement.
