Certificate III in Health Services Assistance
Nationally Recognised Vocational Education and Training (VET)Working in the health industry can be an extremely rewarding experience and one that can guide your career into new opportunities. Having a qualification in Health Services Assistance will qualify you to work as an Assistant in Nursing (AIN) in nursing homes, health care facilities, and other areas that require an extra set of hands.
As an AIN (or PCA), you would be helping with activities of daily living such as hygiene, feeding, movement, and helping others get the most out of their lives despite any limitations. It's an extremely rewarding role where you are able to make a big difference in someone's life.
It's important to note that our course is currently run without the need for work placement. This is due to current COVID restrictions that have prevented students from graduating their course as they were not able to complete the hours required for certain units.
