By undertaking the Certificate III in Health Services Assistance qualification you will develop the knowledge and skills to work as a health services assistant providing assistance to health professional staff for care of clients.

Work with instructors and classmates in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Classroom based training and supervised practical experience in a relevant health setting. Practical placements will be undertaken at the designated placement provider location.

  • There are no mandated entry requirements.
  • Have satisfactorily completed Year 11 or equivalent
  • Students will also be required to provide a current Police check and evidence of flu shot prior to undertaking placements.

About ALACC Health College

Several of ALACC students have progressed to undertake courses at the university, mainly courses related to nursing.
