Certificate III in Government
Nationally Recognised Vocational Education and Training (VET)The Certificate III in Government is an entry-level qualification aimed at the APS3-4 classifications, or equivalent, that provides an introduction to the public service and will focus on the activities of this classification including responsible handling sensitive information, ability to carry out basic procurement, and addressing both internal and external client needs.
This course will introduce a range of the more common legislation and policies that relates to the public service, and it will focus on creating an inclusive and diverse workplace. It will prepare you for a career in the public service to understand how the public service work and the expectations of the public service workplace.
