Certificate III in Food Processing (Brewing)
Nationally Recognised Vocational Education and Training (VET) This qualification is offered as a traineeship in the brewing industry where students can earn and learn concurrently. With an emphasis of ‘on-the-job’ training, this nationally recognised qualification reflects the role of individuals working as operators in a brewery who have responsibility for overseeing all or part of the processing plant and brewing equipment. They are required to work autonomously, use judgement, interpret information, and apply solutions.Delivery mode
