Entry requirements
Domestic Students
- There are no mandated entry requirements.
All students must have:
- successfully completed Year 10
- a current National Police Check
- a Working With Children’s Check
- Immunisations requirements: Hepatitis B, Flu, Covid (may vary dependent on dental clinic requirements)
On Campus applicants must find your own practical placement with a suitable dental practice (at least 50 hours must be completed in a general dental practice)
Industry (Traineeship) and Workplace (employed) applicants must:
- be employed for a minimum of 13 hours per week within a dental clinic (at least 50 hours must be completed in a general dental practice)
- have work within Metropolitan Melbourne (those based at workplaces outside of Metro Melbourne are encourage to enquire to see if we can meet your training needs)
