It is delivered as a broad-based qualification with a focus on community services or community development work. This qualification is appropriate for support workers, case workers and client contact officers.

About Quest Training Solutions
Established in 1987 as a local ACT business owned by Jacqui and Neville Jones. Since 2019, Quest has been owned and operated by their sons, Evan and Nathan Jones. Quest has won several awards including Best Practice Training Provider, Winner ACT Small Business Awards, Winner ACT Training Provider of the Year and National Runner-up for Small Training Provider of the Year. Our students have won the Trainee and Australian School’s Based Apprentice of the year in 2015, 2017, 2018 and 2019. The Award-winning Quest Solutions is Canberra’s local training company and affiliated with QuestCare, an NDIS and Aged Care approved service provider for disability and aged care.
Quest also has major links with the community care industry, providing work placements for our students to consolidate the skills learned in the classroom. We have trained many of the care staff employed in Canberra’s residential care facilities and NDIS in-home care providers in the ACT.
