This course will teach you the basic requirements you’ll need in order to work in a variety of roles within the community services sector. You’ll learn how to work with a diverse range of people, how to assess a client’s needs and how best to respond to these needs, whilst also learning to develop and maintain a network of contacts and partnerships with service providers.
This course is perfect for the entry-level worker who wants to learn how to support individuals through the provision of services in aged, youth and disability sectors in a community setting. You will gain the knowledge and confidence required to work with people from diverse backgrounds and a range of needs.
This interactive and supportive course includes extensive trainer support from industry experts to help you achieve your goals. You can attend live virtual classes and chat sessions to enhance your learning via interaction with industry expert trainers and presenters, as well as interacting with your fellow students.
