Nationally Recognised Vocational Education and Training (VET)This Certificate III in Commercial Cookery qualification reflects the role of commercial cooks who use a wide range of well-developed cookery skills and sound knowledge of kitchen operations to prepare food and menu items. Using discretion and judgement, they work with some independence and under limited supervision using plans, policies and procedures to guide work activities.

About International College of Advanced Education
ICAE delivers vocational training to over 200 students from a wide range of demographics, in a wide range of disciplines including hospitality, business and commercial cookery. Students studying with ICAE range from backpackers to refugees, high school students to industry professionals and almost anyone in-between.
ICAE also has an international Hospitality and Commercial Cookery program especially for international students which focuses on study and work with 2 semesters of full-time industry placement.
