This is a very large occupation with over 182,000 job openings expected over the next five years, ensuring strong job outcomes for graduates.
This course will give you a sound basis in sustainable and inclusive work practices and help you to develop strong workplace communication skills. You will also learn how to maintain workplace health and safety. In this specialisation you will also develop practical skills including how to maintain patient records, confidentiality and how to interpret and apply medical terminology.
Successful completion of the course provides you with the practical skills to work in medical administration and reception roles. You will also develop a solid foundation for further study.
