Nationally Recognised Vocational Education and Training (VET)Working in community services, your actions help those who are struggling the most and give them hope for a brighter future.
This qualification covers case management, individual needs planning, health and well-being strategies, working with disabilities, cultural diversity, working with at-risk individuals and facilitating accurate referrals to specialist services.
Work may include day-to-day support of individuals in community settings or support the implementation of specific community-based programs.
