Certificate II in Wine Industry Operations
Nationally Recognised Vocational Education and Training (VET)This course provides key vocational skills for people who are working – or wish to work – within a production or production support role within the wine industry. For students based in the workplace, learning is on-the-job, with some on campus learning. If you’re campus based, learning is conducted one day per week on campus. This course will provide you with the basic skills and knowledge you need for cool climate wine grape production.
