Certificate II in Wine Industry Operations

Nationally Recognised Vocational Education and Training (VET)

This course offers hands on training and experience to students with the ability to learn the vocational skills for work in the wine industry. A range of specialist electives are included covering skills used in the following wine industry operational areas:

  • Bottling and packaging
  • Cellar operations
  • Wine grape growing

This course is available to the Stanthorpe State High School (SSHS) vocational pathway students and is a packaged certificate with the AHC20316 Certificate II in Production Horticulture.
