Certificate II in Shearing
Nationally Recognised Vocational Education and Training (VET)When you complete this course you will be ready for a career in the Shearing Industry and be able to shear sheep to Novice Level. You will have the skills and knowledge to prepare handpieces for machine shearing, position and crutch sheep, maintain and service shearing equipment and assist with shearing shed activities. You will also learn about First Aid, Effective Communication, Responding to Emergencies and Safety in the Workplace.
