Certificate II in Security Operations

Nationally Recognised Vocational Education and Training (VET)

Persons wishing to become licensed security (unarmed), security (monitoring) and crowd controller in Queensland must have completed the 14 core competencies within the CPP20218 Certificate II in Security Operations course. This qualification reflects the role of a security officer, responsible for maintaining safety and security by patrolling, protecting or guarding property while unarmed, and screening entry, monitoring and removing persons from premises.
