Certificate II in Retail Services
Nationally Recognised Vocational Education and Training (VET)This course reflects the role of frontline retail team members who require a basic range of operational skills to undertake workplace activities. This entry level qualification builds upon the foundation gained in Certificate I in Retail Services and provide more hands-on skills to excel in a career in retail.
This course may lead to entry level retail roles in a diverse range of retail settings including specialty retailers, supermarkets, department stores and quick service restaurants. After completing this qualification, SIR20216 Certificate II in Retail Services, individuals may also continue to upskill by taking the next qualification: SIR30216 Certificate III in Retail.
