Certificate II in Retail Services

Nationally Recognised Vocational Education and Training (VET)

This course provides secondary students with a pathway to work in diverse retail settings, including specialty retailers, supermarkets, department stores and quick service restaurants. Students holding this qualification can perform roles such as frontline team member, customer service assistant and point-of-sale operator.

Domestic Students

To enrol in a VET course, you must be older than 14 years and 10 months, and be enrolled as a full-time student in a secondary school.
