Throughout this course, you will learn how to interpret aspects of local indigenous culture, provide an engaging service to customers, create tourism briefings and scripted commentary, and work as part of a team. This course is designed to provide you with a solid foundation in the tourism industry and build your confidence to share knowledge about country to domestic holidaymakers and international tourists alike.
