Nationally Recognised Vocational Education and Training (VET)This qualification reflects the role of individuals preparing for work in the aquaculture, fishing and seafood processing and/or retail and distribution sectors of the seafood industry. The role includes undertaking a range of simple tasks under close supervision. The range of technical skills and knowledge is limited
In this course students will learn how to feed, handle, harvest and care for fish in an aquaponics set up. They will learn how to maintain a range of aquatic equipment that is needed to allow growth in the plant grow beds.
