Bachelor of Science (Honours)
Nationally Recognised Higher EducationThis 1 year full-time, 2 year part-time (maximum) course is available at Hobart and, subject to available supervision, at Launceston. The course aims to provide advanced training in the major area of the student's pass degree, opportunity for training in research, to prepare candidates for further research study, eg MSc and PhD programs and employment in research organisations, and in-depth knowledge in a single area of science.

Entry requirements
Domestic Students
- There are no mandated entry requirements.
Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent with prerequisites in the specialisation of study.
Graduates from other universities with prerequisites acceptable to the College may be accepted as candidates for the Bachelor of Science with Honours degree.
