The Bachelor of Nursing course is a three year full-time (or equivalent part-time) course consisting of both theoretical and practical components. Through your studies, you'll gain proficiency in patient care, critical thinking, and clinical decision-making. In your final year, you can attend clinical placement in specialsed areas such as paediatrics or critical care, aligning your education with your career aspirations'
Clinical learning is a key element of the course and clinical placements in health care settings begin in the Spring session of first year and continue every session thereafter. Simulation-based learning opportunities are integral to the course and designed to ensure you graduate as a competent, practice-ready nurse.

Entry requirements
Domestic Students
- Completed Diploma (AQF Level 5) AND
- Completed Year 12 (ATAR optional) with ATAR 70.00 or equivalent AND
- IELTS score of 7.00 or TOEFL iBT score of 94.00 or PTE score of 65.00 or its equivalent AND
- Assumed knowledge: Any two units of English.
Any two units of science and any two units of mathematics are recommended. - Completed Diploma (AQF Level 5) or above or overseas qualification at the required level AND
- Completed Year 12 (ATAR optional) or equivalent AND
- IELTS score of 7.00 or TOEFL iBT score of 94.00 or PTE score of 65.00 or its equivalent AND
- Visa requirement: To obtain a student visa to study in Australia, international students must enrol full time and on campus. Australian student visa regulations also require international students studying on student visas to complete the course within the standard full-time duration. Students can extend their courses only in exceptional circumstances.
