The Bachelor of Landscape Architecture (Hons) is for students who are interested in design that is nature-based, ecological, community-led, and climate positive. Landscape architecture is a growing profession and graduates secure positions in leading design practices, at home and abroad. Graduates are creative and critical thinkers, skilled in emerging technologies and can practice as a landscape architect and begin their pathway to professional registration, supported by the Australian Institute of Landscape Architects (AILA).

Entry requirements
Domestic Students
- Completed Diploma (AQF Level 5) AND
- Completed Year 12 (ATAR optional) with ATAR 69.05 or equivalent AND
- IELTS score of 6.49 or TOEFL iBT score of 79.00 or PTE score of 58.00 or its equivalent AND
- UTS: Design, Architecture and Building may consider applications based on the results of the Special Tertiary Admissions Test (STAT) if students lack academic qualifications but have extensive professional experience.
- Completed Diploma (AQF Level 5) or above or overseas qualification at the required level. AND
- Completed Year 12 (ATAR optional) or equivalent AND
- IELTS score of 6.50 or TOEFL iBT score of 79.00 or PTE score of 58.00 or its equivalent AND
- UTS: Design, Architecture and Building may consider applications based on the results of the Special Tertiary Admissions Test (STAT) if students lack academic qualifications but have extensive professional experience.
- Visa requirement: To obtain a student visa to study in Australia, international students must enrol full time and on campus. Australian student visa regulations also require international students studying on student visas to complete the course within the standard full-time duration. Students can extend their courses only in exceptional circumstances.
