Business Information Systems Major
Business Information Systems (BIS) underpin everything a business does. In an information age, with a focus on information as a key business resource, BIS have emerged as the key enabler of innovation and operational efficiency by ensuring the right information is available to the right people at the right time.
BIS examines how information, knowledge, data and enterprise information systems can be used strategically for business process improvement. You will learn how to develop innovative and practical solutions for business problems.
You will gain expertise on BIS strategy and e-commerce, information and knowledge management, business intelligence and decision making, and business process management and innovation.

Domestic Students
- Completed Year 12 (ATAR optional) with ATAR 95.00 or equivalent AND
- IELTS score of 7.00 or TOEFL iBT score of 96.00 or PTE score of 68.00 or its equivalent AND
- You are expected to have studied Mathematics Standard or higher (depending on majors or units of study chosen) in high school to succeed in this course
