This course will prepare you with essential knowledge, practical skills, digital capabilities, and ethical and cultural sensitivity for working in a range of contemporary settings. It is also the first step towards a career as a registered psychologist or as a researcher.
Build your own degree based on your interests and career aspirations. The flexible structure of this course allows you to select from a wide range of elective units. You can focus your learning on specific interests and emerging areas of employment.
You will also have the option to study a minor, selecting elective units from psychology or from other study areas in the university, such as science, criminology, creative industries and business. These elective units may be combined to form a minor in Counselling Practice and Skills.
Behavioural science is also offered within a range of double degree options. Choose to combine your study of human behaviour with business, law, justice, social work, or nursing to gain a competitive edge in the workplace.
