Nationally Recognised Vocational Education and Training (VET)This qualification reflects the role of individuals who apply specialised knowledge and skills, together with experience in leadership and management, across a range of enterprise and industry contexts. Individuals at this level use initiative and judgement to plan and implement a range of leadership and management functions, with accountability for personal and team outcomes within broad parameters.
They use cognitive and communication skills to identify, analyse and synthesise information from a variety of sources and transfer their knowledge to others, and creative or conceptual skills to express ideas and perspectives or respond to complex problems.

Entry requirements
Domestic Students
- There are no mandated entry requirements.
To enter into this qualification delivered at ASLI, applicants should have completed a Diploma or Advanced Diploma from the BSB Training Package (current or superseded equivalent versions). OR
Mature Age students will also be considered without the minimum education requirements considering they have relevant work experience within the chosen area of study and a demonstrated capacity to meet the course requirements. A minimum of 2 years’ experience would normally be expected; however, each case will be reviewed individually with relevant work experience evidence in the form of an employment reference letter on company letterhead, work samples and curriculum vitae submitted will be considered.

All Training and assessments at ASLI are conducted by a staff of highly qualified and experienced trainers who have extensive experience in their respective industry. There is an emphasis on applied skill, which will enable students to find work on an international level.
All courses are taught at Level 2 123-129 Lonsdale St MELBOURNE Campus. Students are encouraged to approach the trainers or ASLI staff for any special requests so as to ensure an individualised approach to both the learning and assessments of units, designing a tailor made course fulfilling all your requirements.
