The SITHFAB005 Prepare and Serve Espresso Coffee covers the theoretical and technical aspects of coffee making, including methods for preparing lattes, cappuccinos, espressos, flat whites, piccolos, macchiatos, and more. Learn to extract and serve espresso coffee using commercial machines and grinders. Develop skills to advise customers, select and grind beans, prepare and assess coffee, and maintain and clean equipment. This unit is suitable for any hospitality setting serving espresso coffee and is intended for independent machine operators.
