Follow Vessel Security Procedures (Security Awareness Training)

The MARF037 Follow Vessel Security Procedures (Security Awareness Training) is designed for seafarers serving on ships that must comply with the ISPS Code. This course, mandatory since 1st January 2014, meets international standards under STCW 78 as amended, and is approved by AMSA. It provides essential security knowledge required for obtaining the AMSA-issued Certificate of Safety Training (CoST), the minimum qualification needed to work on vessels in international waters.

Nationally Recognised Training

This is a nationally recognised course delivered by Registered Training Organisations (RTOs). RTOs are strictly regulated by the Australian Skills Quality Authority (ASQA). This guarantees you will be studying a quality-assured and nationally recognised qualification.

Recognition of Prior Learning
