The Advanced Diploma of Cosmetic Dermal Science (52850WA) will qualify you for work as a dermal therapist at cosmetic medical practices and dermal clinics. This nationally recognised qualification is completed over 1-3 years (depending on your availability) and is a blend of online theory and practical learning (in an advanced dermal studio). The course covers: epidermal resurfacing techniques, light-based therapies, clinical microdermabrasion procedures, skin needling, and chemical resurfacing. The course includes a Laser Safety Certificate recognised in Western Australia and Queensland.
