Network Engineer

A Network Engineer maintains a system of computer or electrical services. You might install new systems or perform repairs on existing networks. Network Engineers might address problems within a system or find ways to make networks operate more effectively. You might manage networks for your own organisation or be employed as an external consultant.

Network Engineers should have excellent technical skills and be able to use their abilities in a range of circumstances. Problem solving skills are important and you’ll need to have strong analytical abilities. Network Engineers must be able to work as part of a team and come up with workable solutions to a range of issues.
