IT Risk Manager

IT Risk Managers assess and analyse vulnerabilities in an organisation’s ICT network systems and computer infrastructure. They develop and implement ICT risk management plans to protect the network from data loss, cyber thieves, and system outages.

As an IT Risk Manager you’ll be installing firewalls, security software, and data encryption programs to protect organisational data — as well as monitoring the ICT network for unauthorised access. You’ll also need to keep up with the latest trends and technologies in ICT security.
