Field Service Engineer

A Field Service Engineer installs, maintains, and repairs equipment and machinery at client sites. You may work across various industries, ensuring that equipment functions efficiently and meets safety standards. Your tasks include diagnosing faults, performing routine maintenance, and providing technical support to customers. You’ll also offer training on equipment usage and assist with installations to ensure optimal performance.

Field Service Engineers must be adept at problem-solving and have strong communication skills to liaise effectively with clients and colleagues. You should be adaptable, organised, and able to work independently, often managing multiple service calls and handling unexpected issues on-site.
