A Facilitator organises workshops and training sessions for businesses and organisations. You might plan learning programs and develop materials used during training events. Facilitators conduct training sessions for individuals, small groups or large audiences. You might check for understanding of new topics or conduct assessment activities.

Facilitators should have excellent communication skills and be able to work well with people from a range of backgrounds. It’s important you have good interpersonal skills and can understand the needs of individual learners. Facilitators must be good at public speaking and be flexible in your delivery of training material.
